NWAEP First Thursday Networking Mixers
5:30 to 7:00pm
First pint is FREE for members!
NWAEP monthly first Thursday networking events are an opportunity for you to meet, network, stay informed, and stay connected with local environmental professionals.
This event provides a great way to connect with the NWAEP Board to contribute ideas for new events, speakers, topics, trainings, and other activities. Networking mixers are held in both Portland and Seattle (see more details below). As always, this event is free to both members and non-members, so please bring a friend. Please register on our events page so we know you are attending!
We would like to thank our Portland event sponsor, ESC Lab Sciences! See below for more information on what they have to offer!
Jones Brothers and Co.
5449 Ballard Ave NW
This month we will be meeting at Jones Brothers and Co. in Ballard. Jones Brothers is a family-run neighborhood restaurant and bar offering New American food as well as tried-and-true classics. Plus: cocktails on tap! We hope you can join us at this mixer for some good company and conversation!
Please contact Jacquie Ptacek at email@example.com with any comments or questions about the Seattle event.
The Rogue Eastside Pub and Pilot Brewery
(formerly the Green Dragon)
928 SE 9th Avenue
Join us at the Rogue Eastside Pub and Pilot Brewery to network with your fellow Portland NWAEP crew! The Rogue Eastside Pub and Pilot Brewery is a bar dedicated to the education and appreciation of craft beer, with 56 rotating taps and a featured brewer from local and regional breweries every Thursday. If it is a nice evening, we'll be out on the patio as space allows - if not we will be in the barrel room. Just ask at the bar if you are unsure where to find us.
ESC Lab Sciences is hosting our Portland event. ESC is a single location nationally certified full service environmental laboratory. We provide analyses on soil, groundwater, wastewater, drinking water, air, and TCLP matrices. With over 100,000 operational square feet on a single campus, nearly 24/7 staffing and redundant instrumentation for most analyses, our 250+ staff are prepared to meet today’s challenges of large sample sets, low reporting limits and fast turnaround.
Please contact Jason Medema at firstname.lastname@example.org with any comments or questions about the Portland event.
