    Role Summary:

    Responsible for standard, advanced, and confidential support of one or more Ecova Executives, requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational policies and practices.  Schedules and maintains calendar of appointment, meeting, and travel itineraries of assigned Executive(s).  May manage and/or utilize assistance of one or more APT members. 

    Role Description

    • Directly supports one or more executives who report directly to the CEO
    • Exercises independent discretion regarding job matters relating to the respective Executive(s) that are supported, which do not include team dependencies
    • Maintains executive’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel
    • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics
    • As a member of the Ecova Administrative Professional Team (APT) contributes positively and actively to improving administrative processes and systems at Ecova.  Regularly identifies and shares ideas for continuous improvement
    • Is capable of running all Ecova meeting technology solutions such as video conferencing, internet conferencing, and troubleshooting where needed
    • May manage up to three lower level APT members including but not limited to writing performance reviews, mentoring and writing development plans, scheduling and distribution of workload. 
    • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
    • Prepares and edits correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
    • Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive’s absence; speaking for the executive
    • Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff, following up on results
    • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information

    Role Competencies

    • Associates degree or equivalent required.  Equivalent, considered to be high school diploma/GED + 4 years Administrative support experience. 
    • Bachelors Degree preferred
    • Requires 4 years of administrative support experience with 2-3 years at the executive level
    • Demonstrated experience effectively managing travel and schedules for senior level leaders
    • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
    • Experience working with preferred
    • Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and demands
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organizing and planning skills
