NWAEP NEEDS YOU!
Would you like to become more involved in Northwest Association of Environmental Professionals? Meet new people in your field and encourage others to do the same? Nominations are now being accepted for candidates to serve on the NWAEP Board of Directors! Board members serve 2 year terms. This year, four of the seven board positions are open. Any member in good standing may put themselves forward for election. Being a board member takes time, energy and dedication. If you choose to offer yourself up as a candidate, be prepared to lend your vision, creativity, and energy to rally volunteers and make NWAEP a useful and valuable organization.
As a board member you would:
Participate in quarterly board meetings and regular email discussions Attend NWAEP-sponsored educational and social events Raise awareness of volunteerism within NWAEP Promote professional excellence in the environmental field Take primary responsibility for a part of our ongoing and planned programs
