Please join us for this brown bag presentation on August 15 at noon regarding Endangered Species Act (ESA) and Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA) considerations for project implementation. This presentation will provide an overview of ESA/MMPA; discuss national considerations and requirements; and conclude with future considerations for project implementation. Several local and national project examples will be presented as part of this discussion to highlight ways to navigate the ESA/MMPA requirements.
